I have been fascinated with Belly Dancing since I was a little girl.
I have always loved the costumes, the beautiful colors, the belts, and earrings. I was enthralled with the graceful movements of the dancers and the way their clothing seemed to flow around their bodies as they moved. When I was older, I decided to learn the ancient art of the dance. Needless to say, I fell in love with it immediately. To my sisters who perform this beautiful dance, I need not say any more. To those of you who are contemplating learning this wonderful art, I cannot say enough.

My mother was a seamstress and taught me how to sew. When I was 15
I made my first pair of pants, and I've been sewing ever since. I made my own clothes, clothes for family and friends, Halloween costumes, and costumes for school plays. Everyone loved what I made. Soon, people started coming to me for prom gowns and bridal party dresses. When I started belly dancing, I started designing my own costumes. This is what I love best, being able to bring colors, textures, and beads together, and turning them into something beautiful and graceful that flows with the dance. As a designer of belly dancing costumes, I have found a business I truly love. I think you will agree that it shows. My costumes have become very popular locally. Now I am delighted to be able to offer them to you, my friends on the internet, as well.

 

 

All my costumes are carefully hand made. They do not come from a factory. I choose the material and colors, and sew on each bead and sequin. In this way, I can assure you of the superb quality of these beautiful outfits.
